This illustration was inspired by a recent visit to Richmond, where I stayed for a few nights and this was the stunning view a few footsteps from our hotel. The beautiful scenic walks along the river and views of rolling hills and pastures with animals grazing epitomizes everything wonderful about Britain for me.
A layering effect has been used to build up the detail with pen and ink, an ivory mount surround and oak frame are included with the total price. Painting size 6" x 6" and overall size including the ivory mount and oak frame is 8" x 8".
