Mamas Ivory part of my 'Mamas' collection. Limited to 50 copies and ready to frame in a 11" x 14" mount.
To create the original I used ink on canvas to flood the block colour areas ensuring the outline was preserved to give the painting a 'Batik' style.
Inspired by one of my favourite mammals from the family Elephantidae, there are two species traditionally recognised - African and Asian. Both species are threatened by poaching and hunting, by supporting various charities I hope together we can contribute to the end this evil practice.
